Partner Kate Fisher joins panel at 10th Specialty Finance Summit in New York

On September 6, iGlobal Forum presents their 10th Specialty Finance Summit in New York, bringing together senior-level representatives from investors, lenders, specialty finance companies, BDCs and hedge funds to discuss the evolving market in a connection-driven environment. Partner Kate Fisher will join a panel entitled, "Looking Ahead: The Factors Influencing Tomorrow's Market." Kate will discuss opportunities in the consumer finance market and the structural future of the CFPB.

Kate represents banks, finance companies, private equity and investment bank investors, merchant cash advance companies, and small business lenders establishing new programs and products, and conducts due diligence and compliance reviews of consumer lending and business financing portfolios. Her practice also includes assisting clients with compliance with state and federal consumer protection and related laws as they develop and maintain mortgage lending, automobile finance and other credit programs.
