Julia Whitelock Appointed Co-Chair of The Woman Advocate Committee of the American Bar Association

Julia brings a wealth of experience to her new role, specializing in consumer financial services. She represents businesses facing consumer arbitration and individual and class action litigation arising under various federal and state consumer protection laws. Julia has secured favorable outcomes in jury verdicts, judgments, arbitration awards, and settlements in a variety of federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitration fora. Her practice also includes representing businesses under investigation or enforcement actions by key regulatory agencies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and state attorneys general.
