Hudson Cook attorneys appointed as Young Lawyer Liaisons for ABA Consumer Financial Services Committee

Hudson Cook is pleased to congratulate the newly appointed Young Lawyer Liaisons for the American Bar Association (ABA) Consumer Financial Services Committee. Beginning in September, attorneys will serve on the following sub-committees:

Erik Kosa - Fair Access to Services
Allen Denson and Latif Zaman - Federal and State Trade Practices
Nora Udell - Personal Property Financing
Katie Hawkins - Publications and Communications

Hudson Cook attorneys are proud to serve the ABA as leaders on the Consumer Financial Services Committee. In addition to the new Young Lawyer Liaisons and many other Hudson Cook attorneys who have contributed their time to this Committee in the past, the September leadership roster includes: Anastasia Caton, Co-Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers sub-committee; Partner Nikki Munro, Active Past Chair and Business Law Fellow; and Partner Tom Buiteweg, Vice-Chair. The mission of the Committee is to provide excellent educational and networking opportunities for its members, who represent consumers, industry, agencies and regulators.
