Business Law Today publishes blog posts by Partners Catherine Brennan and Mark Rooney

The American Bar Association's Business Law Section publication, Business Law Today, recently published posts by Partners Catherine Brennan and Mark Rooney in the July "Month-in Brief: Business Regulation and Regulated Industries" blog.

Catherine discusses the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's "true lender" notice of proposed rulemaking. Catherine and Partner Kate Fisher will discuss this rule in more detail in their upcoming Compliance Coffee Break on August 5 at 11 am ET.

Mark summarizes the U.S. Supreme Court's Seila Law LLC v. CFPB decision, which struck down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's leadership structure as unconstitutional.
