Wingrove is a partner in the firm's Maryland office. His practice includes representing and counseling banks, sales finance companies, mortgage lenders, auto dealers and other creditors in consumer financial services matters.
Prior to joining Hudson Cook in 1997, Wingrove was an associate with Venable, Baetjer and Howard in the firm's Corporate Finance and Securities Group. Wingrove was the Assistant Treasurer of Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. from 1981 to 1988.
Wingrove is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association, and the Baltimore City Bar Association and has served as Past Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association's Business Law Section Committee in Consumer Financial Institutions.
He received his law degree in 1991 with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College.
