Tracy is an associate in the firm's Maryland office. Her practice includes supporting in due diligence of financial service providers on behalf of investor clients and assisting financial institutions and service providers with a wide variety of federal and state regulatory compliance matters. Tracy is a member of the American Bar Association Business Law Section and is serving as a young lawyer liaison with the Consumer Financial Services Committee. She is a member of the Maryland bar. Prior to joining Hudson Cook, Tracy was a summer legal intern at a Fortune 500 company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During law school, Tracy also worked as a summer associate at a national law firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Tracy graduated with a political science degree from Rockford University and earned her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University. |
