Prior to joining Hudson Cook, Mark represented clients in real estate and transactional finance transactions at two prominent law firms.

Mark also serves as an Army Officer in the US Army Reserve, where he skillfully leads teams, embodying a steadfast commitment to service and mission success.

Mark received his J.D. from the University of Maryland's Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review and competed on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.
